The funny thing is, they're using 5.84c, the unofficial map.

I hope if it ever reaches our country, 6.x will be in a more stable state.

v6.04 will be out by mid-April (on the 15th, IIRC), and changes will focus more on balance! They're trying to release it in time for the next season of some DotA league, and that means that v6.04 will be.. well, better! :D
